But if you are suffering from alcoholism, you may also be ordered to Level 2 Therapy classes – an intensive substance abuse/alcohol treatment program. Depending on your case, you will be assigned to one of the following therapy tracks:
- Track A (42 hours over 5 months) – For first-time offenders with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of less than 0.15%.
- Track B (52 hours over 6 months) – For first-time offenders with a BAC of 0.15% or higher or who refused to take a chemical test.
- Track C (68 hours over 8 months) – For repeat-DUI offenders with a BAC of less than 0.15%.
- Track D (86 hours over 10 months) – For repeat-DUI offenders with a BAC of 0.15% or higher or who refused to take a chemical test.
