Chloe explains how she handles her cases:

My approach to criminal matters is a pragmatic, reasonable, and realistic one. It is also passionate, especially when the evidence simply does not prove what the State intends to prove at trial. I do my best to make myself available for any questions or concerns my clients may have. My approach to family law cases is one that prioritizes the best interest of my clients first and foremost, and considers the best interests of the children throughout the litigation. My approach to personal injury matters is one of fearless advocacy to get the best result and outcome for my clients.

Chloe has a Certificate in Animal Law. She is an activist in many areas. She has two dogs and is a skier and avid reader.

Notable Cases

2025 – People v. A.R. (Jefferson County): Client was charged with domestic violence due to an incident fueled by alcohol at a bar. The alleged victim fell down, and it was perceived as a push by a witness. Chloe’s fearless advocacy resulted in a dismissal of the charge, and Client’s record was sealed.

2025 – People v. W.M. (Jefferson County): Client was charged with theft after attempting to take several items from a store. However, Client had no criminal history and was going through a bit of a mental health crisis at the time, and Chloe relayed that, as well as other mitigation, to the prosecutor. Despite the serious possible sentencing options, Chloe’s work resulted in a dismissal and sealing of Client’s case.

2025 – People v. T.S. (Adams County): Client was charged with domestic violence, despite having been the victim in the altercation. Chloe relayed Client’s story to the prosecutor and effectively argued to get this case dismissed and sealed upon the completion of an online course.

2025 – People v. E.R. (Douglas County): Client was a victim of harassment and domestic violence, but was charged with domestic violence after a lie was told to the police. Luckily, Chloe was able to discredit the witness and effectively advocate for Client and get the case dismissed and sealed.

2025 – People v. I.A. (Arapahoe County): Client fell asleep while driving and hit another vehicle and kept driving once awake. Client was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with bodily injury and reckless driving. Chloe was able to negotiate the charges down to one lesser charge, careless driving, upon the completion of an online course.
