Leslie Goldstein, Colorado Criminal Defense Attorney

headshot of Leslie Goldstein, Esq.

A Colorado attorney for three decades and counting, Leslie Goldstein has devoted much of her career to criminal defense. She is especially adept at fighting DUI charges, including felony fourth offense DUI charges.

What sets Leslie apart from most criminal defense attorneys is her experience as an appellate attorney. She has appeared before the Colorado Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court for oral arguments countless times. For defendants currently serving a sentence, Leslie offers hope that their conviction may be overturned.

Leslie describes her approach to cases:

I review the charges and discovery and then reach out to the client. I ask what their main concerns/goals are. I explain that we are a team and I am here to advocate and help them navigate the process as smoothly and easily as possible. As their lawyer, I let them know that they are free to reach out via text, email, or phone whenever they have concerns. I believe that a strong attorney-client relationship is very important.

A long-time Coloradan, Leslie lived in Steamboat Springs for 25 years before moving to Denver in 2024. She and her husband have a German Shepherd puppy and a Bengal cat.

Leslie presented a lot of upfront mitigation evidence and ultimately got the charges reduced with Client receiving only 60 days in jail and probation.
